A life well lived and to the fullest with a great family. Always tremendous company, gracious even when Australia happened to beat England in Rugby or Cricket! India, caught up with Dave on a number of occasions when we were in Mumbai at the same time and he was working on establishing the airline there. Not an easy task but handled with knowledge, experience and tack. Will be greatly missed on Dave and Jeannine's trips to Florida - RIP Dave.
